Hogeschool van Amsterdam
Student Association Venae is closely connected to the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences (AUAS), particularly with the Faculty of Health (FG). All students within this faculty can join the association, while alumni and faculty staff can join as Friends of Venae.
The AUAS supports Venae by granting official recognition as a student association every two years, and several staff members act as contacts within the Faculty of Health. This allows Venae to have a voice in planning faculty activities and events.
Because Venae serves all programs within the Faculty of Health—including Occupational Therapy, Exercise Therapy, Physiotherapy, Nursing, and the European School of Physiotherapy—the association enjoys a strong partnership with the faculty and AUAS, as well as a diverse membership. A range of activities is organized to offer something valuable for each program.
